Do I get a refund if I’ve pre-ordered a ticket and you close? If you have a reservation and we close, we will issue you a raincheck for another night during this year. Please call 413-665-8331 to arrange another reservation. No refunds are issued otherwise.
Is Mike’s Maze wheelchair accessible? Mike’s Maze is on a working farm. The parking area and walkways are not paved. Some of the spaces, such as the events area and cafe maybe accessible to heavy-wheeled chairs. The trailer for Zombie Paintball is wheelchair accessible. The Haunted Maze is not accessible.
Can I re-enter the maze? Guests wishing to re-enter the maze on the day of their paid admissions may do so provided they have left on their wrist band for that day.
Can I bring my own food and drink? The Corn Cafe at Mike’s Maze serves many options for food and drink, suitable for any special diet needs. Therefore, we ask that you do not bring in your own. You are welcome to bring in necessary baby food.
Lost and Found? We do have a lost and found area in the Admissions booth. If you believe you have lost an item at the maze, you can stop by the booth during our public hours of operation. Items that have been found at Mike’s Maze and have not been claimed by the end of business on our last day of the season will be donated to charity as appropriate. Mike’s Maze, LLC does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property.
Is there an age limit? All kids under age 10 must be accompanied by a parent. This attraction is not recommended for children under the age of 7.
How long does the ride last? The ride and the spooky exit from Warnerville last about 20 minutes.
Will I get shot at during the ride? You shoot at the zombies as they attack, but they can’t shoot back.
Do I need to have paintball experience? Our paintball guns are easy to use and require no prior experience with paintball.
Do I need to bring any equipment? We provide all the equipment you need, including the paintball guns and paintballs. We do not allow any paintball gear, guns, or ammo onto the wagon, and we will not permit you to board if you bring your own equipment. The only things you need to bring aboard the wagon are warm clothes and your bravery to protect Warnerville from zombie attacks!
What if it rains? Can I get a refund? If you have a prepaid ticket or group reservation and we close, we will issue you a raincheck for another night. Please call 413-665-8331 to arrange another reservation. No refunds are issued otherwise.

I have health issues should I do the haunted maze? It is not recommended if you have a heart or respiratory condition, if you are pregnant, prone to seizures or any other health condition that may be affected by dark lighting, strobe lights, fog machines, loud noises or starting scares.
Will the Actors touch us? The haunt actors will not grab you, hold on to you, or purposely touch you. You may find that an actor may brush against you, but you will never be forcefully or purposely touched.
What if I get too scared and don’t finish the maze, can I get a refund? If you get scared, we did what we are supposed to do! There are no refunds. All ticket sales are final. That also applies to Combo Tickets; there are no partial refunds.
Are children allow in the Haunted Maze? Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent. We do not recommend that children under the age of 10 enter the haunted maze.

There is no smoking or open flames allow inside the attractions.
Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. We strongly recommend that you wear suitable footwear. All activities are on a working farm. There are uneven surfaces. There may be muddy or dusty paths in the maze.
No drugs or alcohol are allow at Mike’s Maze.
Mike’s Maze is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged articles. If you have left something behind, please stop by the admissions booth or contact us. Items left at the end of the season will be donated as appropriate.
All Farm Staff members reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission to any that engages in inappropriate or offensive conduct.
All guest entering Mike’s Maze grant us permission to utilize his/her image or any recordings for any promotional purposes.
