Sunderland is a quaint New England farming town nestled in the Pioneer Valley. We are proud to call the town our home and we invite you to spend some time exploring it when you visit Mike’s Maze.
Graceful historic homes border its main street which is lined with stately, mature maple trees. Sunderland farmers continue to work one of the finest soils in the world, Hadley Loam. The town landscape also includes the Mt. Toby highlands, one of the largest remaining contiguous blocks of forestland left in Massachusetts.
The Pioneer Valley is home to a thriving community of local food producers, artisans, small business owners, musicians, and academics living amongst the striking natural beauty of the Connecticut River Valley. From the Mount Holyoke Range to the hills of the Berkshires you will find something for everyone; fresh local food, outdoor exploration, live music, boutique shopping, and of course, fun on the farm at Mike’s Maze!
